RATES DO NOT INCLUDE refundable security damage deposit, cleaning, processing fee or tax. Rates are subject to change without notice and may increase for certain holiday periods. Generally there is a five night minimum. Some restrictions may apply.

Listed rates include applicable discounts for weekly and monthly visits. Please inquire with us for multi week discounts.

Policy

Deposit from $1,000.

Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Occupancies less than 30 days in length are subject to a city occupancy tax which varies from city to city.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a $50.00 handling fee. Refunds on cancellations made within 30 days of arrival is subject to the ability to re-rent the property.

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Check-in time is 2:30 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. All keys & garage door openers must be picked up from and returned to our property management office. After hours arrangements for key pick-up are available. Please inquire when making a reservation.

Occupancy is limited to two persons (including children) per sleeping room.
